A sensory journey that takes you to the heart of the mezcal culture in Mexico and shows the artisanal processes behind the elaboration of mezcal, from the agave fields to the final distillation. In it, tastings happen with several varieties of this ancestral beverage while learning about the traditions and communities that surround it.
