At CASONA, the gastronomic experience is lived in an authentic and diverse way through four unique culinary concepts: SOMMA Rooftop, Macaria, Terra, and Tacos Romita. Each of these spaces, while located within our property, operates independently, allowing them to preserve their own essence, concept, and distinct personality.
Inspired by the spirit of Roma, Tacos Romita celebrates Mexican tacos in their most authentic form. From Sunday-style milanesa to our take on pork canasta tacos, alongside tlayudas, chicharrón gorditas, and tortilla soup. All paired with aguas frescas or mezcal, honoring tradition with a contemporary touch. A space with style, but above all, soul.
TERRA breaks away from traditional gastronomic structures. Here, the liquid world is the starting point. From there, the sommeliers guide the experience through wine, sake, spirits, or non-alcoholic pairings, while the kitchen responds with technique and product, creating harmony from the source. Everything begins with the earth.
